4Enterprise Platform Services

Access to our enterprise platforms (Talent1or0, FinDesk, GPS Tracking, Weighbridge, etc.) is governed by separate Service Agreements entered into with each client organisation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a client Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

• Platform access is granted on a subscription or licensed basis
• Each organisation is responsible for user accounts created under their tenancy
• Data uploaded to our platforms remains the property of the respective client

5Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, we do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital 1or0 Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our Services.

6Third-Party Links

10Payments & Billing

For paid enterprise platform subscriptions, the following terms apply:

• Fees are billed as agreed in the client Service Agreement (monthly or annually)
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of platform access after reasonable notice
• Refunds are subject to the terms of the individual Service Agreement

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital 1or0 Technologies, its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12Force Majeure

Digital 1or0 Technologies shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, government actions, or other force majeure events.

13Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Service Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital 1or0 Technologies regarding your use of our Services. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
