What Can Be Returned?
Items eligible for return must be: unused, in original packaging with all accessories, within 7 days of delivery, and accompanied by the original invoice.
What Cannot Be Returned?
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items with broken seals (earphones, hygiene products)
- Digital products and software licenses
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
- Products without original packaging/accessories
How to Raise a Return Request
- Go to My Orders and select the order
- Click "Request Return" and select the reason
- Our team will review and approve within 24 hours
- Schedule a free pickup from your address
- Refund is processed after quality check (3-5 days)
