You must register an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Digibit Store reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors occur.

4. Order Processing

Orders are confirmed via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received before order processing begins. For COD orders, payment is collected at delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India within 2-7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Please refer to our full Return Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Digibit Store including logos, images, text, and software is the property of Digital 1or0 and protected under Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digibit Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
